On June 24, 1981, two young girls were walking in the hamlet of Bijakovici in the parish of Medjugorje when a woman holding an infant appeared high on a hill among the boulders and brambles of Mount Podbrdo. Instinctively, they knew it was the Virgin Mary, but they did not approach her. They and four other children felt called to return the next day, and Our Blessed Mother drew them to her, effortlessly transporting them up the mountain, over boulders and thorny bushes. The Blessed Mother introduced herself as the Queen of Peace. They fell to their knees and began to pray. She prayed with them and promised to return the next day. Our Lady has regularly appeared in Medjugorje ever since, as have countless stories of conversion and miracles, making The Story of Medjugorje one of the most fascinating in modern church history.
With the approval of the apparitions by the Vatican in September, 2024, Medjugorje has become a major Catholic pilgrimage site, with several million visitors each year and over 40 million since the apparitions began in 1981. Medjugorje was named a a Jubilee of Hope 2025 Pilgrimage Site by the Vatican. Pilgrims come for spiritual renewal, drawn by the now Vatican approved messages and events, participating in prayer, Mass, confession, and climbing Apparition Hill. The core messages focus on five spiritual “stones” including prayer, fasting, reading the Bible, confession, and the Eucharist (Mass). There are several hundred religious vocations, several thousand physical healings and millions of miraculous conversions in Medjugorje. Now for the first time in history pilgrims can visit an approved Marian Apparition site while the events continue to take place and The Blessed Mother visits this village daily.
There are going to be 4 one-week pilgrimages this to Medjugorje in 2026. May the Queen of Peace touch even more hearts now that pilgrimages are approved!
8 day trip
Day 1 – Depart US for overnight flight to Sarajevo
Days 2 – 7
Arrive in Medjugorje where we will:
- Tour the Village of Medjugorje and learn its history
- Visit the double spiraled St. James Parish where mass and the rosary is prayed daily
- Visit Apparition Hill where Our Lady First appeared to the Visionaries in 1981
- One-day trip to Split or alternative site
- Climb Mount Krizevac (Cross Mountain) and experience the Way of the Cross built in 1933 by the villagers of Medjugorje and one of Our Lady’s favorite places to pray
- Visit Cenacolo and Mothers Village Orphanage
- Hear talks by the visionaries and other religious life residents of Medjugorje
Day 7
Fly home to the USA

Includes flights (except for seat selection and checked baggage fees), ground transportation, hotel, breakfast and dinner daily plus guides and tips.
All trips have a $500 down payment due upon registration, $1,000 due 90 days prior to departure, and Balance Due 60 days prior to departure. Single Room upgrade is $400.
